"Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...

"Towels were ripped and not in great condition. Bedding wasn’t clean (found hairs etc.). Had to kill multiple bugs, ants in our room. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly (chain/ button kept getting stuck). No toilet paper holder in bathroom. You can find nicer places to stay in the area for cheaper. "
