Tried to contact by phone and whatsapp with the contact details from the confirmation but no reply. Only after knocking on a locked door a security guard appeared and let me in. No reception, no breakfast (or any means to eat or drink). The room was small but nice and clean and the bed was very good."

My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so.
