"This was our first time to the Grand Rapids area and I picked the is hotel not knowing what to expect. The staff was unbelievably amazing! Bobbi Jo and her afternoon staff greeted us each day like we were friends! Helped us with accommodations we needed for a wheelchair. Breakfast was perfect for a quick meal before we got going in the am. While the property itself is older and could use thing like new carpet and a paint job, all in all a great experience!!"

"Hotel was located near several good restaurants, some within walking distance, and there is a Walmart next door, which was handy. We did not use pool, but it was very popular. Breakfast had many choices. Major attractions were all minutes away, and access to major road is within .25 mile. Dresser was smaller than most hotels, which was inconvenient for just 2 of us in town for 5 nights. Glad we weren't sleeping 6. Staff was friendly and followed up on a request we made to make sure it was taken...
