It is conveniently located downtown next to the historic Guardian Building, River walk and Grand Circus Park Historic District, and Fox Theater. The Apparatus is a great bar and restaurant in the hotel lobby. I throughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. "

"If you like stately old homes, this is the place. It is has got to be over 100 years old. The woodwork and spiral staircase are amazing. They don’t make homes like this anymore.
