"I stayed here while in transition to move... Day 1... After coming in late from work, I found that my room wasn't cleaned. The tub and fridge were nasty. The counters hadn't been wiped down. I asked for another room and was told they were all booked up, but that I could move tomorrow. I was so exhausted and the bed appeared to have been the only thing that was changed. So I stayed. Day 2... After coming in again from work, I went down to check on my new room and was told that they were out of rooms. I told the guy that I had asked for my room to be changed due to my room not being cleaned. He said, there were none, and that I needed come in earlier. I explained, that I work 2 jobs and that it wasn't possible. He said that he'd have one for me the next day. I asked if someone could come clean my room and was told that they'd do it in the morning, because no cleaning staff was available. Day 3... After working... I found that I couldn't get into my room. After walking back around from the office to enquire about my room change, and was told no rooms were available. I was very upset to say the least. I enquired about the manager, and was informed that he would be in thy next day around 11 am. I informed the staff who was rude, that I would again be at work, and so I needed the manager's name so that call. He told me he wasn't able to give me his name. He let me in my room... The bed had been made and the towels changed, only. I was never given a new room. Never again!"

"Suite was adequate. Pets were welcome, which is always a plus. There was a sports tournament at the hotel and breakfast area was understaffed. Buffet was constantly empty. We sat for an hour and twenty minutes trying to get food. The buffet was a wreck. We liked this hotel before it was remodeled. The new decor in the seating area was very cold and uninviting. Probably won't stay here again."

"The breakfast was fresh, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. My only critique is the shower needs an update, our shower had a huge crack that’s had glue. Everything else was great so we just didn’t feel it was worth requesting a room change or complaint."

"In town on business. Did not use any of the amenities. The place was clean clean! The room met my needs. The hotel was nice and quiet. The lobby area smelled amazing each and every time I passed through. Anytime I come to the area, I will be staying here..."

"I felt like the whole hotel smelled like smoke. I was hoping when we got to our room it would not have a smell but it did, so I couldn't wait to checkout and clear my throat and wash my hair of the smoke smell. The tvs are old. I don't usually review places and of course you're booking a cheaper hotel but I was hoping at the very least it didn't smell like smoke everywhere. If you don't mind smoke smell then you'd probably be fine. "
