The staff and hotel management were exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind. The air conditioning was great, the TV was huge, and the hotel breakfast is both delicious and inexpensive. "I really enjoyed my stay here , it was only one night as we were on our way to Santa Marta . This is a beautiful place to stay ,staff is friendly very relaxing loved the pool area and the house is beautiful. One negative was that our room was very dusty but everything else is 💯 "

"We enjoyed our stay at Portobello. The room and common areas were beautiful and well-kept. I would definitely stay there again. My only criticism was that the water was not working when I tried to use it in the early part of morning (around 2am), but was working fine other than that. "
