"Room was NOT clean. Found several items that did not belong to me and bed was covered in black hair that was NOT mine. Staff almost seemed like it was annoying to ask a simple question. There is NO restaurant on the premise that serves dinner even though it claims it does. They sell a breakfast coupon claiming it's well made from a restaurant and it is actually a very small and disheveled continental breakfast. I do NOT recommend staying here I was on business and had little choice or I would of immediately left. Oh shower barely worked as well."

"We had a wonderful stay here with the location being very convenient and close to many restaurants and other amenities! The hotel staff were great and the rooms were clean. The only downside was the way the rooms are designed. The only window in the room faces the interior of the hotel and there’s nothing window to view outside the hotel. Also there’s an additional parking fee of $30 per day tacked into your stay!"

"The room was very clean, and the staff polite. I have stayed there a few times but did not have breakfast due to their overpriced meals. There is plenty of parking but you must pay a 20.00 fee. "

"The property is quite clean, and staff was very nice! We stayed the room which was not good on noise reduction since next door talked aloud on the phone, we could hear it all even in late night. Since we only stayed two nights, we did not request to change room. But we did tell the front desk staff."

"Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. I’m not usually a “chain hotel” fan, but the bed, pillows, quiet atmosphere, and staff has made me a DoubleTree fan if other locations are this clean and well-staffed."
