"The guy at check-in was awesome. Unfortunately we had to change rooms three times because the AC wasn’t working in one room and the TV wasn’t working in another room and there was bugs in each of the room as well as a broken sink. When we did finally get into a room it had a broken door handle and we could barely get out of the room. On top of that, the AC machine in the hallway was super loud and kept us up at night. "The plumbing. Need it to addressed was a Leak on the back of the toilet. Also the water for the tank fills to slow. Rooms are average. Service is good and breakfast is great. "

"The hotel is located in a residential area, so it is quiet. But it is far from the centre. If you do not have your own car, it is not convenient to go to downtown. The staff is always willing to help. I saw a cockroach in the room."

"Berta and Arturo Really made our stay in Torreón special and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and undergoing renovations to make it even better. The pool was huge, the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. We also were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help her and make her comfortable. We will stay at the Crown Plaza again!"
