"It’s a very unusual place. The stairs to the bed may be hard to do and the living room is weirdly laid out. But the location is right by a tram and there’s a restaurant right there. The 5 is because the staff are SO helpful. Anything we asked for they made it work. It’s a fun place and welcoming. "

The facilities were good, next door to a lovely bakery and a mainline train station taking you directly to/from the airport is a 7 minute walk away along with other tram connections to other parts of the city, very easy to get around the city. The staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay, everything was positive and I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
