"Good business hotel in a very convenient location, perfect for both work and city access. The staff were friendly and professional, which made the stay smooth and pleasant. The restaurant serves tasty food, definitely above the usual business-hotel standard. The rooms are spacious but clearly in need of renovation - which, from what I understand, is already planned. Overall, a comfortable stay with strong potential once the refurbishment is completed."

"The location was amazinglyat the footsteps of the central train station and the Galleria shopping center. Room was modern and quite large enough with comfort. TV could use less Polski chsnnels. Most guests were Polish. While somevof the staff were very polite and helpful many on the weekend were rude and polite only with the Polski, Ukranian guests. Carpet in the hallwaywas old and should be replaced by wood, tile or any other modern material. Should hire more professiinsl staff & not just stidents who can speak English!"

"A usefu hotel although not centrally placed in Bytom. A fridge and microwave oven are available to guests and located near reception. Breakfast was okay although the cooked selection was very limited consisting of boiled Polish sausages and scrambled eggs"

"Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."

"Didn’t get the VIP perks. Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great choice, fast resupply of items, large choice. Fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious. Also a gym and a dry sauna. "
