"This 2/2 (white) villa was spectacular. I travelled solo, mainly to spend time at Fuji-Q Highland. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the bus station by a TIKO van & greeter, who escorted me to the main lobby. Incredibly friendly staff members. "This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. The design and functionality was unwatched. We had a personal onsen that was better than pictured and the closet and entryway provided lots of storage to keep our suitcases out of sight. I cannot reccomend this place enough. The traditional Japanese breakfast was incredible and beautifully presented. Place is within walking distance of many restaurants and Lake Kawaguchi. "Fantastic Fuji view from the room! Which is all that I wanted. Good standard hotel, some 15min from the train station. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. But not in the midst of the more touristy area around the Kawaguchiko station. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Very happy with my short stay."

"以這個房間價格可以住到面湖看到富士山還可以泡到溫泉，已經無可挑剔 ! 其中一天住宿是星期日，晚上在房間就看到湖岸放煙火，煙火足足有20分鐘，真的非常棒 ! 住了3天，有兩天一早在房間就看到逆富士，真的不虛此行了。另外，很感謝櫃台爺爺還在傍晚已經沒有公車時特地載我到車站換車票，真的很感謝，飯店真的物超所值，推薦給預算有限又想住面湖看富士山的朋友，這是不二選擇了。"

"Clean and tidy, two bedrooms plus an upstairs area with a kitchen and living area. Beds are firm, good shower. Check in process simple. We were there in winter and found the heating effective. Close to nice restaurants, convenience store and train station. We did hear the rail crossing, the area was otherwise quiet. Views of Mt Fuji from our flat. "
