"The Breakfast Buffet was awesome, they had different options everyday. Even on the busier days it was not too long of a wait to be seated. The room was spacious and well maintained. We had an ocean-view room and it was awesome. There was construction going on but it occurred later in the day when we were not on property. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. There was a free shuttle from the hotel to Maihama Station which was the gateway to get into Tokyo. Took about 20 minutes to get to Tokyo Station. They have a schedule posted in the hotel lobby. There was also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Disney Parks Station. Overall, a very beautiful hotel!!"

"This hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Japan. The rooms are amazing, the view was wonderful, and the bathrooms are excellent. With a comfortable bed, great pillows, and good AC, everything was perfect. The sauna was really good too, and the staff were super nice and helpful—they even made a map for us to find a place. This hotel is just wonderful. The buffet was amazing as well; all the food was fresh. This is a hotel I will definitely come back to. Special congrats to the staff!"

"Everyone was helpful and nice. Property was close to Disneyland and DisneySea. Breakfast was good, but some items were not warm enough like poached eggs with waffle and hamburger with bun. Breakfast lacked berries and nuts. Scrambled eggs were a bit runny instead of more firmly cooked. I loved the curry and steamed rice. I loved the fresh orange juice and berry smoothie. I enjoyed the boiled chicken and salad at the salad bar. I loved the croissants and curry buns. Laundry doesn't dry very well, so put the maximum time allowed. Laundry machines were easy to operate. I loved the lounge bar with treats and drinks. "

"Rooms were cleaned everyday, but they did have room for improvement like fixing some scuffs in the walls of our room. Airport shuttle was a bit weird since you had to book a reservation for the shuttle through their website but overall it was pretty good. Staff were super helpful and friendly, gave recommendations for local spots to visit and enjoy, spoke English very well and were able to accommodate if asked. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of options, though it can be a bit expensive if your booking doesn’t have the buffet included. Overall, it was a good place to rest, eat, and it’s located in the middle of a lot of shopping centers, temples and near the train stations."

"Very convenient for visiting Disney. Staff that couldn’t speak English had translating apps handy to facilitate communication. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods, including granola, yogurt, some cereals, pancakes or waffles, pastries, and muffins. Lunch foods (French fries, broccoli, carrots, and a salad bar) and more traditional Japanese foods were also available. Wheelchair accessible room was equipped with safety handles but also a surprisingly high bathtub with hand and wall shower options. Hotel provided a shower chair upon request."

"We had a lovely three-night stay while visiting Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland. The complimentary shuttle made everything seamless, with easy access to the monorail and convenient pick-up from the parks. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and our ocean-view balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay offered beautiful sunset views. Breakfast was efficient and well-organised, with a good variety. Staff were warm and helpful throughout. We would happily stay again."
