At the front desk, Laura was more than helpful in getting us situated and feeling comfortable while visiting our son who is in university. We felt welcomed with the type of accommodating attention that is warming and kind. "Great hotel about 15 min from airport. They have a shuttle from airport is free the 8 euros each to go to airport. Staff was all great. Uli at front desk was super helpful. He's a keeper. Breakfast was amazing."

"We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026."
