Hotels in Habitzheim

"Thin walls meant I could listen to the phone in the room next door vibrate when getting text messages throughout the night as if it were in the desk in my room (for some reason that person was getting texts every 30’ from midnight to 6am!). Not under the control of the administration but it wouldn’t happen if the walls were properly insulated. On top of it, staff was very slow to show at check in (3 people serving guests on the restaurant while we waited for 5’). I’m not staying at a Moxy hotel again."

"Room was nice and comfortable beds with good showers. Hotel had parking available and was in a good location for us. Only complaint was the rooms were very warm. Windows could be opened but then street noise was a problem. Not sure if the ac was turned off but had the room temp set to 18 and it wasn’t working. "

"It’s not at terminal 3. It’s falsely advertised! BEWARE, you will have to take a bus from terminal 3 that runs every half an hour only. We arrived later at night and it was a ghost town, no sign about the hotel at all, we were wondering around dead tired when finally a worker came around and told us about the bus. We didn’t feel safe at all to go so we had to go back to terminal one and rent a room in one of the hotels there (that actually is connected to the airport). It coast us a lot of money and on top of it when I complained to Intercity Hotel, they said sorry but kept our money which is highly unacceptable since they falsely claimed that the hotel is at terminal 3. "

"Good location to get to Frankfurt city and local Offenbach area. Clean room and friendly, welcoming staff. First night there was no room available for me in this hotel but they were kind enough to send me to a sister hotel with no complications. Would definitely stay again no complaints."

"Première fois dans un hôtel Leonardo, très satisfaisant. Check-in facile, personnel gentil et serviable. Grande chambre très tranquille, 2 lits doubles confortables. Salle de bains un peu petite, mais ok. Hôtel propre sauf pour les tapis des corridors, mais la réception nous a avisés qu’il changeait tous les tapis. Belle vue de notre chambre au 16e. L’hôtel est à au moins 20 min à pied des restos et bars du vieux Sachsenhausen, quartier historique. Un lundi soir plusieurs étaient fermés ou trop remplis, donc à dû choisir un resto pas super. Nous sommes arrivés tard dû au retard de notre train Flixtrain. La navette de l’hôtel coûte 40 euros pour l’aéroport, à au moins 15-20 min de FRA. Hôtel à recommander, j’y retournerais sûrement. "Nice location, good price, friendly staff. I will return. First time I had breakfast at the hotel. Hmmm.. good selection but big improvement needed for display/storage. Warm items (e.g. scrambled eggs) was cold due to no heated displayplate. Cold items (e.g. cheese and ham) were warm, due to no cold displaytray. I had breakfast at 9.00 am, and the cheese was warm, hard and had started to curl up. Not a very pleasant sight. If no improvement, I have to eat my breakfast elsewhere."

"Room air conditioning thermostats control was broken, so you either have to switch it off to freeze or leave to boil. Didn’t get any sleep on the first night. Water pressure was too weak to reach the shower head. The pillows were smelly and very old. There was a red spot of blood on the duvet. The hotel is not staffed until 3pm and after 10pm. Apart from Liza, other staff are miserable and make you regret asking a question. Avoid this hotel if you can."
