We love staying at Der Seehof. Very good and friendly service, we love the restaurant, and the beauty of the view of the lake.

This place was so relaxing and comfortable for the one night stay we did. The resturant was amazing and the only issue we had was some loud guests late night especially as this is a very quite and calm place.

Convenient location and easy access to dining and transportation

Pool open from 6am-10pm make it very available even for families with kids.

Within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof and to the old city. Very clean, friendly and wonderful breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient if you plan to just spend a day in Lubeck.

The location is excellent. Across the street from a greenway and just a couple of minutes easy walk from the Mulenbrucke and pedestrian bridge next to that to one of the main restaurant streets in the old town. The hotel is old, but spacious, comfortable and well maintained. I needed to do some emailing after checking out and was able to sit in a quiet space with tables. Extremely good value.

Noisy (church bells all night, construction). Parking is difficult.

The hotel was right across the River from the old city of Lübeck, and an easy walk. It was a quaint and spacious room, and the breakfasts were really great. Their smoked salmon was fantastic!

The two twin beds were Murphy beds pulled down from the bureau. Once pulled down, there was very little space in the room with supports we had to be careful to not stub our toes on. The bathroom, however had a lot of space! The breakfast was wonderful!

This hotel is near Luebeck but is definitely situated in the country. So, it would be perfect for visiting, and then retreating from this World Heritage city. It would also be great if you had time to relax and just sit in the garden or enjoy the countryside. There are no supporting services out there -- no entertainment complexes or stores -- so the hotel is very much your only resource. But a fine resource it is.
