"Great facilities, friendly staff, lovely location."

"We arrived for check in after 4pm. Staff were very friendly and offered us a welcome drink, so we followed the lovely gentleman to the outside bar where we were offered a glass of champagne or orange juice which was nice. However, we were then sorted of abandoned. We finished our drinks and just sat for a while before heading back to the reception area to continue checking in - a bit odd! The room was basic but pleasant. There was only one sachet of coffee and no milk or sugar for hot drinks so...
