"check-in when reception is closed is very difficult as staff did not give code for key safe. We got locked out after 2 days and again staff was difficult to get hold of. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe , the pipe in the shower was leaking. It did get fixed quickly after complaining. All this would not happen if staff was trained properly."

The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel restaurant was also very good. We also toured the local “Pilgrim Craft Beer Brewery” located next door to the hotel.
