"The Commodore Regent is our go to for staying in Launceston. It's a basic motel, great value for money, each room we have stayed have had very comfortable beds. The rooms are warm and its a perfect base for getting into the city."

"The room was incredible with lots of thoughtful touches from the wonderful staff. The building is stunning and in a fantastic location. Just be aware that it's heritage listed so you can hear other guests (there are signs asking for quiet and ear plugs are provided) and there are a couple of flights of stairs from the carpark to the top floor; people with mobility issues may find it difficult. We loved our stay and would gladly go back!"
