"Very good hotel. Got a very early check in (it’s January!) which we greatly appreciated as we weren’t feeling great. Wonderful staff. Room perhaps a little dated but clean and comfy. Excellent location for parliament and galleries. Only topic was that the room seemed to creak a lot in the evening (like floor boards expanding and contracting) which was surprisingly loud. But seemed to calm down and got a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay again. "

The stand out for me at Nishi is the design, the bed linen that is superb and the location. I came for a national photographic portrait prize and you can always pop by what is on. Floriade, another visit to the National Gallery, etc. One thing I noticed, mini bar used to be free. Its gone from great to reduced to a few things to pay for mini bar. It is...

"Property was fantastic, staff professional and helpful. Parking was easy, plenty available. Transport nearby. Walk to shops, lake, restaurants. Room was immaculate (lovely blue sheer curtains) and roomy. Great lake view. Shall definitely revisit and recommend."
