When I struggled to pay for breakfast because I didn't have WeChat Pay installed, a staff member patiently helped me set it up. I also loved the delicious drip coffee. I asked for two extra packets, and when I came back to the room in the evening, the staff had thoughtfully left even more for me. Excellent service!"

"The room was great but was smelling like there was smoked in it. The room is a good bang for the buck, good value for the money. The reception area is kind of dirty and the hotel staff do not speak any English, it all goes with using translation apps. There were some issues finding my reservation which was made via Hotel.com. Then they wanted to check your passport, and we had a discussion about the China Business Visa and if it was valid... never got this issue while traveling in China, but in...

"I stayed there because I had a seminar on premesis. The rooms are nice with a laundry room inside. Very useful for long trips. Breakfast buffet is nice and staff is very attentive. Front desk staff and cleaning crew were also very nice. Subway station is a bit far (~10-15 minutes) but there are many bus/DiDi options and restaurants nearby."
