Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. "The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! It's my fault that I didn't inform the host in time about our late check in, in addition my phone can't make through any local calls, hence we can only contact using the chat function in Hotels.com. I'm glad that the host is patient enough and trusted on us on our check-in procedure. Thank you so much and really sorry for the trouble caused."

"Honestly an amazing stay and I love they have a high tech screen you can speak into in your language and gives the staff subtitles in Japanese, and same for us. It was something that truly made me wish the rest of Japan could include as solution to language barriers. Amazing kind people and everything was so easy to access and lead us to the aquarium or their crystal clear beaches like Emerald Beach."

"property was nice however zero information was given for how to check in or directions for where to park. the hotel’s phone operator also spoke no english and was completely unhelpful. for anyone looking on google maps, the location name is ADAN RESORT TIDA Resort Villa (アダンリゾート太陽～ティダ～ ). if you want a fuss-free check in procedure, avoid this place. otherwise, it was a relatively nice stay but it is still difficult to recommend."
