"If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! "

I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "チェックインした際に、清掃が未実施であり、前の宿泊者が使用した布団、タオル、食器、ゴミなど全てそのままの状態であった。楽しみにしていた旅行だったが非常に不快な思いをした。今後この様な事がない様に徹底していただきたい。"

"2泊3日、7人でとても楽しく過ごすことができました。 迷惑メールにチェックインのメールが届いてしまっていて、さらに消えてしまって暗証番号が見られなくなってしまい、管理人に電話させてもらいました。その時の対応もとても優しく、無事に中に入ることができました。ログハウスに行くまでの道がとても狭く、野生の鹿もいて、こんなところに本当にログハウスがあるのか？？と心配になりましたが、ちゃんとありました！ キッチン用品がもっとピカピカならさらにいいのになぁと思いました。そのため、清潔さは星3です。割り箸や紙皿を使いました。 BBQも最高に楽しかったです。屋根がちゃんとあって雨でも問題なくできました。 大きなスクリーンでSwitchをするのは初めてで、とても盛り上がりました。 とにかく楽しかったので、また行きたいし、おすすめです。"
