We loved the onsen and all the amenities that came with the hotel… free ice cream, ramen, mochi and saki were just some of the great things. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. "I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again."
