We had a 1 BR apt on the ground floor next to the road. With the BR in the rear traffic noise was not a problem for sleeping. There is a great view of Lake Taupo across the road and watching the sunsets was great. The management was excellent and had lots of suggestions on what to do and where to eat and shop. Free laundry was a plus and managemnet even moved our laundry from washer to dryer when we were a little late getting back. Would definitely stay here again. Dining and shopping nearby...
