The entire staff was wonderful to us. They guided us on many instances when we needed directions or simply recommendations for things to do and see. The kitchen staff was also very attentive to our needs.

This hotel was gorgeous! Spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely staff, secure parking. Taking one star off because smoking is allowed in the building hallways, and the location was not convenient for getting food.
Ok so I have very mixed feelings about my stay here. It was odd. This is a magnificent oceanfront hotel in the middle of nowhere and it’s apparently almost completely void of guests the majority of the time. I’ve never seen anything like it. This place is massive. The common area could easily entertain 1000+ people; I think that’s a low estimate. There is a huge breakfast area that was empty the four days I was there. It was very clean and updated, the staff was friendly and helpfull, the room was nice. The pillows were a bit hard for my taste, but I made it work. The receptionist told me I could stay untill 13:00 at no extra charge,
which was a nice gesture, even though I checked out at 12AM (regular check out is at 12AM, while most hotels kick you out at 11AM).
There is a Highlands Coffee just down the street (about 50 meters). The hotel has a restaurant which is open untill 10PM (22:00), but I didn't try...
