"Great location, nice room, friendly staff/reception, check-in/out is a breeze. Nice package with fika, dinner and breakfast. Short walking distance to museums and centrum. Parking by the street was very good and cheap. Was here with the family, everyone enjoyed the stay very much. "

We enjoyed a pleasant supper in the evening, which included water, coffee, and tea, and found breakfast to be quite satisfying. The staff were notably friendly, enhancing our experience. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The breakfast was fine. The staff was very nice. The bathroom in the room was a little dusty and not super clean. The beds were fine a little to the soft side. There was some noise from the street."

"The only Scandic Hotel in Västerås. Polite staff, easy check-in and very service minded staff in the restaurant when we wanted to dine on the hotel instead downtown due to heavy rain... good food. Comfortable beds in a family room. Basic toilet/shower. Good places to hang clothes. Downside, maybe not the biggest play room for the kids but you had video games, soccer table and the play room with toys and crayons."

"Frukosten har egenlagad äggkaka och ugnsbakade tomater, pannkakor m.m. och det bjuds ofta på nybakad mjuk kaka. Sängarna är sköna och rummet helt ok. Kanonbra att man har tillgång till två kök med kylskåp, och en generös matsal. Tyvärr börjar det bli mögel i siliconet i duschen, som känns lite ofrächt. Annars har vi inget att klaga på! Detta var andra gången vi bodde här- och inte den sista!"

"Stugan var helt enligt förväntningarna. Personalen såg jag aldrig. In-och utcheckning sköttes via nyckelboxar. Men allt fungerade bra. Använde bara stugan för en övernattning. "

"For me I had to book a cabin because the all the hotels were fully booked so an average rating might be unfair because it didn’t really cater for me. The accommodation was clean and warm with outside temperatures as low as -15. I did have to rent sheets but I guess this is normal for a cabin. "
