"The staff goes out of their way to address your issues and make you feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent! In addition to the buffet there are additional stuff from the kitchen on request. The manager Pak Maritu is always around to chat and make sure the guests are enjoying the stay! He even took me himself to get a haircut when I asked where to get haircut! We had 4 very restful nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, largely because of Pak Maritu and his staff!"
