Excellent location at the base of the castle and a block from the beach. Great AC in the room. There's a small restaurant downstairs and many other restaurants nearby. If you like nature walks, check out the raised boardwalk at the Marjal nature preserve area about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It's so peaceful and beautiful! The only thing we didn't like about the hotel is the glass door on the bathroom that only has tinting on about 2/3's of it. Who that was a good idea for a bathroom...
The place is amazing, well kept and traditional. Right in the heart of Peñiscola but at the same time fairly close to be beach. Probably 8 mins walk.

The hotel is truly steps from the beach! The views from the hotel were unbelievable and I loved spending time on my balcony watching the waves. The pool was large and had a lot of chairs each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was delicious. I also tried the spa while there and had a great experience. The hotel was walkable to quite a few restaurants as well.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! Staff extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our room was sparkling clean! Beautifully made up. We ate at the restaurant located in the hotel. No menu for the evening meal, but the choices given by the staff were delicious. The best thing (and all US travellers will appreciate this), you can drive right up to the front of the hotel and PARK YOUR CAR! No charge! There should be six stars for this!
