"Overall solid stay, not super close to city center, but uber was cheap. Clean and nice for a short stay."

"We spent three disappointing days at the Princesa Ana Hotel, which clearly isn't a four-star establishment anymore. It is a very old building and needs a lot of modernisation. Upon check-in, we were given a room with separate beds despite requesting a double. There was also no kettle in the room, requiring us to go to reception for hot water. On the second day, we were offered a new room with a double bed, but we were awakened at 8 am by loud construction. When we returned, our room hadn’t been cleaned, and we had to ask for new towels and sheets. The air conditioning didn’t work when we needed heat, and the breakfast was average for 9 euros. When checking out, no discount was offered despite our complaints. The receptionist, Nicolas, was apologetic about the situation, and I felt sorry for him as he had to take on multiple roles: housekeeper, bartender, concierge and receptionist simultaneously. This is ridiculous. But the overall experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return."

"Lovely hotel, close to Granada train station and the city center. I was lucky to get a 13-floor room with amazing views of the city and the Alhambra. The room was clean and spacious, with a super comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and exceptional breakfast. I would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended hotel!👌 "

"Large room but quite dark & needed the lights on in the daytime. Housekeeping very good. Reception team friendly & helpful, great location near the train station & bus stop immediately in front of the hotel or a 15min walk to the centre. Mixed experience at breakfast where choice & quality was ok for the first 2 mornings but the last morning not great at all and some items seemed to be poor & cheap & not edible. I would say more a 3.5* than 4* but for the amount of time I spent in the hotel, the location, housekeeping & comfortable bed, overall it met my expectations."

"The breakfast was good. The hotel is good for backpackers. No parking at all not even for drop off. Difficult access by car. Room is good but humble for a 4star. Not even a bottle a water is offered. Bring your own hair conditioner. There is none. "

"Room was basically clean with fresh linen. Bathroom was fabulous for a hotel of this vintage. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Close to bus station. Air conditioning was weak so room was quite warm during the evening for sleeping. Could not use Chromecast on Tv, so entertainment option was nil. Cost of breakfast buffet was high for what was offered, but convenience factor helped us stay on schedule for our bus schedule."

"Enchanting hotel that was evident from the time we drove up to the property and until we departed. Staying in a parador is always a treat and this one added an extra special experience looking out from our balcony and walking on the path through by a centuries old castle. Add to this the wonderful staff who met all of our needs to make this an unforgettable stay. We are looking forward to a return stay in the near future!"
