"Very nice property. Centrally located. Staff helpfull but let down by lack of focus on check in. We paid for the car parking but were asked to pay again for it on check out. We also pre paid the room but were charged again on check in. This caused a delay on check out processing the refund."

"2nd time visitors and we were pleased with our room and the service by front desk. We did notice that the hotel is getting dated, but everything worked fine for us. The room was clean, bedding and towels fresh and clean, as was the bathroom. The only problem was one missing spoon but quickly added when i asked at front desk. This hotel was just what we wanted for a 5 day stay where we were able to self-cater for breakfast and some dinners with the appropriate appliances in good order. W-Fi was...
