The staff was attentive, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure the guests were comfortable. Our room had a bath fed by hot spring water so we could then soak in the comfort of our room. The kitchen was well equipped with essential cookware, including a rice cooker and microwave, which made it easy for us to prepare meals.
