Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Although the spa facilities were not available during our visit, the overall experience still made it more than worth the trip. The quality of service and atmosphere really stood out. The soundproofing and blackout curtains really help ensure a restful night. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, offering a good start to the day. The hotel also provides parking facilities, which is a big plus if you're driving. One of the best aspects is its location. It's just a short walk from the train station, making day trips to Milan super convenient — only €9 return and about an hour's travel. Additionally, the Città Alta, Bergamo’s historic upper town, is within walking distance and absolutely worth spending a day exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was reliable throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is a solid choice for both leisure and business travelers."

"Very nice hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. Room was not huge but had a nice size closet and enough space to accommodate our stuff. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and great quality. Bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower, all bath products were very good quality. Front desk staff were very professional, cordial and provided great service. Breakfast room service was prompt and very good. Parking space was free end very convenient. Location was very convenient for us visiting Monza and for Linate airport. There were many good restaurants a short drive away. Would definitely return and recommend. Thanks."

"This property is very well managed, has excellent staff and Sarah was most kind in showing us rooms and recommending restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding as was the service provided. The only issue is there is no signage and with adjacent property under construction we initial thought hotel was closed. "
