After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. Japanese breakfast was really fun but I had little idea what I was eating. Go with an open mind! I was glad there were a couple of very helpful staff who spoke some English.
