The food, room, amenities, activities were all incredible but the star of the show are the staff that were so courteous, kind and professional. Special shout out to Diksha, Thierry, Saif and Dhiraj! "The food is excellent, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room( Bang on the beach) had a wonderful view onto the beach. You could walk far in both directions from the hotel. The water is clear and clean. The sand is soft. It was a wonderful experience !"

"Location was good for me as I was only there for three nights and wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight when I left. They offer an excellent shuttle to and from the airport at no extra cost. They offer a free shuttle to a mall and a beach all through the daytime. I had two tours booked and was picked up at the hotel so this location suited me very well. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was a nice area to relax. The room was a good size and beds were comfy. I would stay here again for a short visit. "

"I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts of Mauritius). The location is great if you need to be central. We were staying in the North earlier on, but found out that we spent too much time in traffic as we needed to sight-see in the West. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas to add to the holiday cheer! The hotel is also close to Tribeca shopping mall which has heaps of eateries. My family and I have enjoyed our stay at Hennessy Park Hotel and would definitely stay there again. ☺️"
