Parking areas in front of rooms dirty with cigarette butts and just generally not swept. Storage area adjacent to room 13 untidy and looked unkept. The staff's response to my not being able to lock my door from the inside of room 13 was wonderful and I appreciated being moved to another room. The rooms themselves inside clean & comfy BUT TV remote felt sticky and trays for crockery were a little dirty - uncovid. Thank you to the staff behind the bar for their great service.
