The rooms are above the resturant. Our room was nice, and clean, and really good sized.
The hotel is next door to another good resturant, and there are several good places to eat within 100m or so.

The AC was very good, which was so important during the heat wave, and I liked the shower because the shower door closed completely which prevented water from getting all over the bathroom floor. In addition, the floor of the shower was not slippery the way most shower floors are.
We stayed for just one night. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was also large with a good shower. The room itself was fine, the problem was that most surfaces were covered by a heavy layer of dust. Not just a few specs but the kind you could write your name in. The carpet also needed a good cleaning, both for dust and crumbs from the previous patrons breakfast.. It was really a shame that such a nice property was so poorly cleaned. Charming, 100 year old country house with a bit of a doll-house atmosphere. Room was individually air-conditioned, which is relatively rare in France. Beautiful bathroom with a high-tech shower Charming host that went out of his way to accommodate us. Wonderful French breakfast with fresh breads, local cheese and home-made preserves.
One word of caution: if you have mobility issues, the stairs to the rooms on the second and third floor may be a deal breaker.
