"I had a series of unfortunate mishaps (air conditioning stopped working, access card stopped working, dinner I ordered had allergens) but the staff was professional and kind to help me through each challlenge. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the executive lounge was great for wine and cheese in ther late afternoon. I would stay here again."

"We like staying at CitizenM airport hotels. We enjoy the semi-artistic atmosphere and a fun vibe. We like the modern if modest rooms and when we are ready to leave a country, it just feels right. For this particular place, we had trouble finding it because none of the communications from either Hotels.com or the hotel actually told us how to get there from the airport or train station. The staff were very nice and professional and worked very hard. The hotel could use more employees because you see the same indispongo a lot of different things."

The only thing I wish they had was to-go tray just in case for those who don’t want to eat breakfast with the others… some people might have anxiety as well ..the hotel have the whole world come and visit the the choice to go to reception and want to exchange money should not be limited . We shouldn’t only go to the airport to exchange for euros there should be multiple options other than that I would book with them again if the choice was given..…."
