Front desk young lady speaks great English. She help us to make a resv for dinner, which turned up to be excellent. Also point out a generation family run bakery for breakfast

We are regular guests of this hotel as we have family and friends living nearby. It is always clean and in good condition, the staff are friendly and efficient and the free parking close to the motorway and metro make it easy to access. Of course, we LOVE the super comfortable Ibis beds!

Nice rooms, staff was helpful and the hotel has many shops and restaurants nearby.

We spent our last night in France at this hotel. The check in staff was incredible. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. I had purchased a lot of items in glass bottles and asked Stephanie at the front desk where I might purchase packaging materials. As it was Easter, all the shops were closed. She consulted with the kitchen staff and soon they had gathered up newspaper and other materials to ensure my French products all arrived home safely. We were booking blind when we reserved our room here, and when we arrived we were more than pleasantly surprised, The room was very spacious, well decorated, and the bathroom was wonderful. Everything about this place is great, and I really enjoyed our stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer! The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great deal for a family to have this much room and a kitchen. Location is good near train station, but little far from the river (have to take bus/subway). Front desk staff were awesome and offered to help us out with many aspects of our stay in Toulouse - provided location of grocery, good restaurant recommendation, and how to get to Airbus via tram.

A wonderful place to stay while in Toulouse. Very clean, very quiet, and a huge breakfast spread! Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
