Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location for our trip (few minutes walk to the train station), we walked to Marienplatz, other attractions and restaurants.

Though we were one of the first customers to stay in this new hotel, this hotel was amazing. It was clean, it was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There were some areas where they were still putting on the finishing touches, but those areas did not detract from the stay.

Quiet and clean. Good location with great parking. Easy access to airport and u-Bahn.

As an experienced traveler, I've become very picky about the places I stay and felt the K&K Hotel was perfect. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable. We were unfamiliar with the Westend area, but really liked the neighborhood of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the area, price and Trip Advisor reviews. We had no complaints with this hotel (other than the fact that it does not have air conditioning, which might be a factor in warmer weather). Went for octoberfest and it was a perfect location easy to get to from the train station and was the opposite direction of all the crowds I would definitely stay here for octoberfest again! Only draw back was the breakfast was 18 euros and not worth it .

Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.

Nice hotel, it’s located one block from the river Eisbach, This is the famous artificial channel where surfers ride the standing wave. The only downside is that there was not AC but there was a fan in the room. I’d stay there again.

Right across the street from the main train station which made it very easy for traveling. Hotel was charming and had an old world decor.

Staff were excellent - i had forgotten my phone and the room didnt have an alarm, but the receptionist came to the rescue with a 06:15 knock on the door. Much appreciated!

I enjoy my stay at Ruby Lilly. Everything is designed as practical . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Hotel bar open 7/24 . Wi-Fi was very speedy. Room decoration was modern and pleasant. If I ever come to Munich again, I will stay 100% at Ruby Lilly

I stayed at the hotel for one night in August. The check in person was very gracious in greeting us. Although we arrived she worked to get us an early check-in. And we did get the room early. Really nice modern clean hotel. Room was clean. My two sons and I had a room with dual bunks. Perfect for us. The shower and toilet conveniently adjacent in the room. Staff spoke English very well and were all helpful (both reception and the restaurant staff). The best feature of this stay was the incredible buffer breakfast complete with eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts, multiple coffee machines and breads and more. We found this hotel by accident and I am so happy that we did. Everything about this place is amazing. We have stayed here twice and we will return.
