"For the price that we paid, it served its purpose. The location next to Headingly was ideal. The whole building looks like it needs an overhaul, the outside has a feel of the Bates motel. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower and a musty smell throughout the whole building."

"All very clean and great facilities. We liked the ground coffee and cafetiere! Reasonable price too. However out of 6 windows, one had a black blind, two had non-blackout white blinds, and two had no blinds at all. We had eye masks but were woken about 4.45am by the light."

"Stayed here with young kids. The staff was so friendly when I had trouble checking in, the lady working the breakfast was friendly and working hard by herself! The room was comfortable, a/c was great, and free parking was nice. A note about the parking: the entrance is off Alma road. Drive up the ramp to the roof, but push in your side mirrors so you don’t scrape them!"
