"The property was very good. Breakfast was great. The layout of the Poulin bar area. Excellent only issue a little far away from the fortress. Staff was wonderful."

"The hotel was clean and quiet. It was a short walk from Exit 6 of Suwon City Hall subway station. The area was fairly quiet, but there were quite a few coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The buffet breakfast was Korean style with many options to choose from. "

"The worst ever experience thst I had in my business travel. The hitek was totally different from what I saw in the Hotels.com - not managed well, the facilities were just functioning not clean, the carpet was so dirty and stinky, and I couldn't sleep at all on my first night due to noise from other rooms. It shouldn't be recommended and should be dropped out of Hotels.com. I wonder if Hotels.com ever does regulat check on its partners."

"Toilet design poor as water splashes outside the bath tub while showering. Bed was quite hard. Overall cleanliness was not desired. Did not have large towels for bathing, gave small towels instead. Staff was nice and spoke English. Location was good, in between a happening area with lots of restaurants and the train station. "

"Room was fine. No smoke issues during my 2 day stay. TV channel selection was standard. Hot water was consistent. Only negative might be the lack of power outlets near the bed which made charging phones inconvenient. Location is very close to the Suwon City Hall subway stop and has a GS25 across the street with a CU and Emart24 within easy walking distance."

"The hotel is located at near by metro, shopping centres. restaurants and cafes even until very lately so it is extremely convenient for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to all and we will choose this hotel again:)"
