"I have to rate this a 3 as a blend of 1s and 5s
5 - great location, close to Mega Caverns and Zoo
1 - No one checks you in or makes breakfast - you make your own breakfast
1 or 5 - it is very old. That can be cool/interesting, or can be annoying. For example, the bathtub was in a hole and you could not stand up in it
5 - Beds were super comfortable!
1 - Dust mites ate my son alive in his bed, causing welts
5 - They gave our son his own room as compensation
1 - I had to guilt them into that
3 -...

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of town. Really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant for dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the rain head/wand combo shower. It had the perfect amount of pressure."

"This place was incredibly clean. Staff was quite kind and helpful. This hotel is well located by the airport. Unfortunately it is a little long in the tooth.. broken door jambs, room telephone out of order, worn (but clean!) linens."

"Our night at the hotel was a nice respite before an early flight. The hotel provides shuttle service to the airport, and allows you to leave a car parked there for a nominal fee. The restaurant was surprisingly good and reasonably priced."
