"After visits to Singapore and Bali, we only had two days to spend in Vietnam, but we left wishing we had more time to spend at the Four Seasons Nam Hai. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. "We stayed for 3 weeks. The room was perfect and they cleaned it on request. They provided a good breakfast with many choices every day and two bottles of water. The owners, a local family, could not have been nicer or more helpful made us feel very at home - we actually extended our stay as the experience was so good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Lovely clean pool. Location also perfect for everything. Tons of restaurants of all types, spas, and very close to beach. "

"The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. My thanks goes out to Vy and Jade they are front desk staff who speak English and really do a great job. The pool is small but clean and relaxing. You can rent a scooter which I recommend as this hotel is away from central Hoi an or Ahn Bang beach. Their cafe is also handy and well priced with some Viet and Western meals. Overall a good value hotel run well."
