"We had a lovely 5 night stay at Best Western Plus in Sicily. A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The pool area with view and infinity pool is really special. A few tweaks needed in the bathroom with the shower but otherwise a most enjoyable stay. Staff went the extra mile to help, delicious cocktails and nibbles at the pool each evening. "We came to Milazzo with the intention of taking the ferry to the islands, however, it rained, and we spent an unexpected and delightful stay in the city of Milazzo. The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to reach the ferry. We walked all the way to the top of the castle, which was amazing. The streets are lovely to stroll at night, well lit and very safe. The shower did not function, there was the hand held shower which was broken and so you couldn’t use the shower handless. The rain shower head flooded the floor unless you tipped towards the shower wall to prevent it from spilling over the tub and pooling on the floor. "This B&B is in great condition, immaculately, clean, and spacious. The location is phenomenal four minutes walking to the port, a block and a half from the main street. The room is very well equipped with utensils and cups. Santos, our host went above and beyond to retrieve me from the train station as it was late Sunday evening with limited transportation. 10/10👍"
