"This was located in a very nice area and was also a beautiful place. I arrived at almost midnight and the person in the lobby only spoke Spanish (as might be expected in Peru). Unfortunately, I had not been sent all of the necessary information from Hotels.com including the keycode for the door. I was able to contact the property manager and they were able to send me the door code - but all of this took at least 30 minutes when I would have rather been in bed. The property manager was great,...
