"We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Ibis Styles and Krakow. Little negatives: 1. Could have had two pillows per person. 2. Found the lighting in the room not bright enough. 3. Air conditioning was noisy. Otherwise, excellent hotel and great breakfast. We would certainly be happy to stay there again. "

"I would like to say that my stay was very nice! You need better instructions on where to pick up the key and the location! The area were this apartment is located is amazing. There’s so many places to go and travel and walk around. It’s near the mall it’s walking distance to town. I felt safe because there was security downstairs. It was a great stay just a few issues. Other than that I would stay here again. Next time I want a balcony I stayed in the apartment with the red kitchen, and that was all accommodating. I wanted to say the mattress on the floor it’s literally on the ground is not a good place to sleep that is not a comfortable mattress and it’s impossible for me to get up from almost the ground. People have disabilities and it’s impossible to get up from ground! I did not sleep on that bed because it was not comfortable! Please change the design of the bed! The mattress should not be on the floor. "
