"The staff were very friendly and smiling throughout the registration and also during check out. While the exterior of the hotel looks a little jaded and tired( a fresh coat of paint will definitely help), the room was clean and tidy and it looked freshly renovated.( i was looking at the tiles' grout lines and sealant joints for the fittings and fixtures. They were spotlessly clean) The basement carpark is brightly lit( i arrived at night), esp around the lift lobby. Although there were some darker corners and I didnt get to see any security camera, I saw a guard sitting outside the exit point when i was departing. Overall, i feel safe parking the vehicle under the hotel. "

"The place is quite rundown. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you have very low expectations. Even though mine are already low, a few things prevented me from getting a good night’s sleep: 1. A strong smell of dust and humidity 2. Old and noisy indoor and outdoor air-conditioning units, regardless of speed or settings 3. No soundproofing 4. No light blocking Other inconveniences: 1. No wardrobe 2. The shower is basically in the room, separated only by a glass wall"

"Overall experience was good except the Hotels.com price is more expensive than going direct to the hotel to book. We paid MYR 30 less each room for the second night stay there. I am disappointed with Hotels.com "

"Clean and comfy stay! Superior Deluxe is just nice for 2. Great for short staycation. Walking distance to U Sentral, with many eateries nearby."
