"I honestly didn’t expect such a great experience for the price. The place was clean, simple, and very comfortable from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location is amazing, right on the beach, quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was always available, and the pool and grill area were well maintained and enjoyable. Having a kitchen in the room was a huge plus… fully equipped with dishes, pots, and even a rice cooker, which made staying there very convenient. Overall, it was an effortless and relaxing stay, and we would definitely love to come back again."

"We stayed at Mahina Surf for our 30th Anniversary, for a week. We had a very smooth check in process, with great communication. The unit was exactly as mentioned and/or shown online, and it was Beautiful! It was fully equipped with everything you could need and then some, more than most hotel rooms. It was in an amazing location, right on the ocean and had an incomparable view of the sunset! There were also resident Green Sea Turtles resting nearby every night! Incredible! Dollie's pizza is super close and an ABC store too. They have a nice pool and we even saw a double rainbow bridging the gap between the view of islands, Lanai and Moloka'i! Definitely will be back!"

"The place had a great view and location and it was quiet and very accessible when it came to parking and room access. I loved that they had a cart to carry your luggage up to your room. We never saw anyone who worked at the property. We used a red phone for checkin and when we needed new keys they had it in a lock box for us. My one complaint was housekeeping. We stayed 6 days and didn’t get it and it’s really needed. Overall I was so happy to have a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment. The beach for kids and the ones for adults are right across the street and it’s amazing! "

"Before I start, I’ve been to Maui 15 times and stayed at SOK before it turned into a “resort/hotel”. We’ve had great rooms there in the last. The room this time was clean and had the basics of what we needed including extra towels and toiletries. It is in desperate need of renovation, there was mold in the shower ceiling and several areas like the kitchen that were obvious water damage in the ceiling. The staff were friendly and gave us things we asked for like a new hair dryer. The “gym” is tiny and nearly useless for those that actually workout. There were no beach towels, chairs, cooler provided like you would typically see in a Maui condo. No A/C either, which isn’t uncommon in Maui but definitely unfortunate. Overall, it served its purpose and wasn’t bad, but wasn’t impressive. I would probably hesitate to stay again, but the price was fair and would if I couldn’t find something else that suited our needs better. "

"The property is directly on the beach, it’s wonderful! The grounds are clean and well kept. Pools are nice & grills are throughout the property. Rooms are upgraded and kitchens are fully equipped. The office girls are friendly and helpful. Overall we are going back for sure! Love Napili Surf!"

"Ocean view was beautiful; nice to wake up to the sound of the waves. We could sit on the balcony & watch the spectacular sunsets. All in all, was a great experience."
