If my employees ever treated my clients in this manner, they would be terminated. This 'manager' was a bully. She is ill-equipped lacking diplomacy and conflict resolution skills. They charged my credit card for services not rendered, to include extra charges without authorization or explanation and emphatically refused to explain their reasoning and told me they didn't have to...
