"Friendly staff, Nice hotel, Clean"

"Easy parking. Very nice coffee and breakfast. Amenities were closed due to hotel construction. Room was spacious but sink did not drain. Reported this to front desk but there was nobody available to service it because it was a Saturday. I request housekeeper and the room was not serviced. I requested the next night and again it was not serviced. "

"When I arrived, I was surprised to see that I had been upgraded to a king suite at no additional cost. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly."

"The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. "

"The front exterior had a bunch of cigarette butts on the ground when I arrived. The hotel was just ok. I stayed there for the location to where I needed to be. The room was ok as well. The ceiling tiles need to be replaced as they are stained, I came back to the hotel last night after a very long day and my room key did not work. So I had to go back down stairs and the guy behind the desk was vaping, I then told him the situation with my room key and he asked me out loud with a man standing at the desk what room I was in. It was very unprofessional. There is a fridge in the room however, it froze what was in the fridge part. Again, it was due to location, I would seek other options before staying again. "
